About Dr. Cherian George | Dr Cherian George obtained his medical degree and diploma in radiology from the reputed Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India (www.manipal.edu). Following this, he underwent a comprehensive basic surgical training programme in the UK, during which time he worked in various surgical specialities. He was then selected to the Hull & East Yorkshire Radiology Training Scheme and is currently a Specialist Registrar in Clinical Radiology in this programme. Amongst others, Dr George has special interests in abdominal imaging and interventional radiology. He is currently the representative to the Junior Radiologists’ Forum, the trainee wing of The Royal College of Radiologists, UK, and he holds memberships in various prestigious radiological organisations (please click here to see full list). Dr George has always maintained an active interest in medical education and training, and will be facilitating the development of radiological resource within Doctors Academy. |
